So that this works out so and us the hive does not crash together, here is all the info around the festival! 🙂

Clear announcement to all haters – we do not tolerate sexism, racism or any form of discrimination! Who harasses other people, steals or spoils their mood, flies out!

Respect the Nature – should be known to all by now!

If problems arise, please contact the stewards, security or bar staff immediately!

Be nice to each other, pay attention to your neighbors and always keep in mind that there is a simple solution for everything!

What is the best way to travel?2021-09-10T08:19:10+00:00

In order to protect the environment, it is best to travel by train to the train station Züssow. There will be shuttles from Züssow the whole weekend. We will post the exact departure times in the week before the festival. Definitely the shuttles will run on Thursday between 16:00 – 20:00, on Friday between 12:00 – 20:00. On Saturday sporadically, on Sunday between 12:00 – 20:00 and on Monday until 11:00. If you would like to travel by car or camper van and sleep next to your vehicle, you will need to book a car pass when purchasing your ticket. There will be no separate and free parking. Please check with the stewards when positioning your cars and coordinate with your camp neighbors.

Always keep an eye on your valuables, carry them with you or in your car if possible. Watch out for your neighbors and support each other! We cause to act against any form of theft, nevertheless, trust is good, control is better 😉

The camping area opens on Thursday the 23.09.2021 at 16:00 and the music starts on Friday the 24.09.2021 at 14:00. The music ends on Sunday the 26.09.2021 at 20:00 and until Monday 12:00 the area must be left by all persons.

In order to survive the HIVE Festival unharmed, we have defined some rules in consultation with the health department of the district. These rules are always based on the current infection situation and we will always keep you up to date about any changes.

– All festival visitors must arrive with a current negative rapid test / citizen test. All non-vaccinated visitors will be additionally tested upon arrival.

– All festival visitors* will be tested regularly at the festival for the SARS-CoV- 2 virus. All fully vaccinated and/or recovered individuals are exempt from testing.

– Mouth-to-nose coverings are mandatory in enclosed areas and places where a minimum distance cannot be maintained. This includes, but is not limited to, the box office and admission areas at the festival, restrooms, and store and food areas.

– Please pay attention to the signs and your fellow attendees. Also listen to the instructions of our crew members and try to create a safe space for everyone. Only if we stick to the rules a common coexistence is possible.

 

The measures are always based on the current infection situation and unfortunately cannot be predicted by us. We have already worked out a comprehensive hygiene concept and are currently talking to the local health department. We will give you more detailed information soon

There will be a bar on every floor. In our food court and also the chillout you can also enjoy a variety of drinks.

To keep our nature as clean as possible, there is a deposit on all drinks at the bar.

On our premises as everywhere else on this planet: respect your fellow human beings and look out for each other. In order to guarantee the best possible coexistence, we ask you to pay attention to the following points:

 

Any kind of discrimination & violence have no place on the festivals and will be punished with an immediate expulsion.

Please leave your own equipment at home! There is enough loud music at the festival and the camping area should be used for recreation.

Please leave generators at home! These devices are not only loud, but also bad for the environment. The same goes for fireworks and pyrotechnics of any kind.

Please do not make campfires and leave the grill at home! On the food court you will find a variety of delicacies and even with a gas stove you can conjure up great 5-course menus!

Please leave your sky lanterns at home! At the latest after the tragedy a few years ago we should all know why!

Laser pointers have just as little weapons to look for something on the festival area!

Please keep all marked escape routes for paramedics and fire department always free!

We are lucky enough to have several fixed water dispensers on the festival grounds. These are signposted on the grounds and you will also find the location on the site maps. Please take care of your fellow festival-goers and remember to drink enough.

There will be restrooms available at various locations on the site. There will be free showers and shower containers which will cost a contribution to refinance.

There will be paramedics available around the clock. If you see that one of your fellow human beings is not feeling well, please do not hesitate to contact them and offer them help. If they accept this help, please actively approach the people at the bar or security guards. We have sparks at all bars to contact the paramedics as soon as possible.

Please use the trash cans provided and keep your environment clean. We will charge a trash deposit at the entrance to the site, which will be refunded when you return your trash.

We try to offer you a wide variety of food. Vegan and vegetarian food is part of a sustainable lifestyle for us and will be represented in abundance.

Photography and filming is allowed on the festival grounds. Please be aware of your fellow human beings and do not film or photograph other people. If you accidentally take a great picture of a stranger, please talk to the person actively and treat each other respectfully.

As much as we love dogs and kids, we know full well that a loud festival is not the place for them. Unfortunately, you’ll have to wait a few more years until you can bring your loved ones on the grounds and we’re big enough to create places suitable for them.

We are currently working on a detailed shuttle concept. There will be shuttles from the two train stations Demnin and Greifswald. We are also talking to different shuttle companies so that we can hopefully offer you shuttles from different cities like Berlin, Hamburg, Rostock or even Bremen soon. To visit the HIVE festival you have to be at least 18 years old. There are no muttizettels, opalists or even uncle insurances.

Since our site is very large, we do not expect that all tickets will be sold in advance. For this reason there will probably be a box office. If you want to be 100% sure, please buy a ticket in advance. Currently there are no day tickets bought, but the ticket price at the box office will of course depend on the time the festival goes on and you will pay less on Sunday than on Friday.

If your ticket does not arrive in your mailbox after payment, please write to us at info@hive-festival.de. Unfortunately, except in exceptional circumstances, it is not possible to change tickets.
